This Saturday October 27, 2012 from Noon to 3:00pm head out to Franklin Square Park to celebrate Halloween with your friends, family, and neighbors! Franklin Scare! is hosted by the Franklin Square Community Association. Be sure to wear your Halloween costume to be entered in the costume contest– there will be prizes for the best costumes! Despite the unexpected October snowstorm right before Halloween, the organizers organized a tremendous program with 50 West Baltimore kids.
